This is where you choose your favorite activities. Once you choose, you will see messages (Step 5) from buddies near you who enjoy the same activities, too. You can also choose to receive an email (just once a day) whenever a new buddy chooses the same activity.

	Antiques/Resale Shops Going to antique malls/stores and resale shops to walk down memory lane or buy that thing you just can't live without or snatch up that deal.
	Art Buddy Learn how to draw or paint. Extend and expand your talents!
	Automotive Repair / Restoration Need a hand fixing up that classic (or maybe even not so much a classic) car? Need someone to hold the other end of the transmission or to help you scrape the old undercoat off? Want to make sure that you get the brakes bled properly? This is for people who enjoy working on their cars and trucks, want to stand around while one guy works and the rest BS over an adult beverage.
	Backpacking Buddy Hiking and camping in one! From an overnight trip to months long thru hikes, backpacking is a good opportunity to see the sights and enjoy the great outdoors!
	Ballooning Traveling over the countryside in a hot-air balloon. Typically for recreations and sight-seeing rather than transportation.
	Basketball buddy You can not play basketball by yourself, obviously. League play or pick-up, its all good!
	Beachcombing Searching the shoreline of a lake or ocean for natural artifacts, typically shells and driftwood.

	Boating Recreational travel via power boat.
	Book club A casual meeting of readers who discuss books of common interest.
	Bowling buddy A game in which a heavy ball is rolled from one end of a wooden alley at wooden pins set up at the opposite end.
	Boxing Fighting with boxing gloves in a ring
	Bungy Jumping A sport where a person leaps from a high place with a rubber ("bungee") cord attached to both feet. After a period of free fall, the cord springs back from its maximum stretch, causing the jumper to bounce back toward the point of departure.
	Camping A recreational activity in which participants sleep outdoors, often in the wilderness, usually using tents, trailers, or motor homes, but sometimes only a sleeping bag, for shelter.
	Canoeing Traversing a waterway with a paddle-driven craft (canoe) which is a narrow, pointed boat which holds between one and three people.

	Casino Buddy We just like to go to casino. It's fun. It is difficult to find others out there who genuinely just want to have some fun. Like the adrenaline rush and just want to go take a chance but are just the same amount of happy when they leave if they haven't won. Because they were expecting that. The casino is not a career. I would love for a way to call up a casino buddy. Carpool to casino. Have a drink. Play some games of chance.
	Childcare buddy Take turns watching the kids. Get some time for yourself while your kids make new friends, too.

	Cross-country skiing Skiing in open country over rolling, hilly terrain. It originated in Scandinavia as a means of travel as well as recreation. The skies used are longer, narrower, and lighter than those used in Alpine skiing, and bindings allow more heel movement.
	Cycling The use of bicycles for transport, recreation, or for sport. Road bikes tend to have a more upright shape and a shorter wheelbase, which make the bike more mobile but harder to ride slowly. Many cycling clubs hold organized rides in which bicyclists of all levels participate.

	Pickle Ball Pickle ball is played with 2 to 4 players using wooden paddles (like large ping pong paddles) and a wiffle ball. It is a combination of badminton, tennis and ping pong. It is played on a tennis court but a shortened net is set up in the middle of the half court. Therefore, two games of pickle ball can be played on a tennis court.

	Skydiving The sport of descending from a plane via parachute. During the descent, divers can control the accuracy of their landing by manipulating the open parachute as a type of sail.
	Slacklining Slacklining is a practice in balance that typically uses 1 inch nylon webbing tensioned between two anchor points. Slacklining is distinct from tightrope walking in that the line is not held rigidly taut (although it is still under some tension); it is instead dynamic, stretching and bouncing like a long and narrow trampoline. The line's tension can be adjusted to suit the user and different types of webbing can be used to achieve a variety of feats. The line itself is flat, due to the nature of webbing, thus keeping the slacker's footing from rolling as would be the case with an ordinary rope.
	Snorkling The practice of swimming through a body of water while equipped with a diving mask, a shaped tube called a snorkel, and usually swim fins. In cooler waters, a wetsuit may also be worn. Use of this equipment allows the snorkeler to observe undersea life with relatively little effort. Snorkeling is a popular recreational activity, particularly at tropical resorts and scuba diving locations. The primary appeal is the opportunity to observe underwater life in a natural setting without the complicated equipment and training required for scuba diving.

	White water rafting Rafting or white water rafting is a challenging recreational outdoor activity using an inflatable raft to navigate a river or other body of water. This is usually done on swiftly-flowing river or different degrees of rough water, in order to thrill and challenge the participants.
	Window Shopping Buddy There is no pressure to buy anything or if you are an impulse buyer it could help you buy on need and not want. It is relaxing and less stressful, so leave your wallet or purse at home. Have fun going from store to store and telling the sales person that you are just looking.
	Workout buddy Exercise is much more fun with a buddy. Plus, the buddy can make sure that the daily exercise takes place daily!
	Wrestling Wrestling for fun and exercise. College type wrestling, not pro wrestling.
	Yankee games I sometimes have an extra ticket to Yankee games that I could share with someone else.
